Need Help making choices!

I work in a dye studio and constantly am taking notes and researching recipes. Any suggestions on what tablet would work for that w/o breaking the bank? Thanks so much

Yes, there are tablets for less than $100. Wal-Mart carries a few. Personally I wouldn't get one that inexpensive as it's easy to fall short of something, either power or storage or compatibility.
