Need help on information on a m799caV2.2 2.3.3 gingerbread tablet 10

Hi my name is lisaburton and I have a m799caV2.2 tablet, I don't know a thing about and was wanting someone who knows about them to help me get started on using it. I have a poor internet connection and was wanting to know where and how to hook it up to the internet, not wi-fi, cause that comes and goes. If anybody can help me, let me know, thank you.
