Need Password for Used Notebook

I jast got note book I no nothing about it it's used so don't no alot to ask yet it says Sigel fair then won't a pass word how do I get it

Your best bet is to get in touch with the previous owner if possible. They should have done a factory reset before giving/selling it to you. If that's not possible then you'll need to try a hardware "factory". reset.
