Has anyone updated their R-NC to the new market, all good / safe ?

Yes, I downloaded on my HC tablet. No worky. It launches in the old App Market app. When you select "My Apps" it launches the updated Market app, but won't show you your apps. Then it FCs. If you try it you will need to uninstall updates from Application manager.

Just downloaded the new market and I have to say it is impressive. Love the new layout but it will take me a few days to get used to.

I downloaded the APK, but it says there is a problem unpacking the file.

Yes, I downloaded the apk and ran it. The update replaced the old market app. This update will be available for all android devices in a few weeks and is just an update. I must admit, this is one heck of an update!

Installed, running really well.

I coulnt make it work with Nightly 129, so I changed to previous one.
Also I have heard there is a problem with density.
What roms are U using and market is a go for U?

Wouldn't install on mine, guess I'll have to wait for the update. Hope that works.

Installed fine on mine. Rom CM7.0.3 encore on SD. Only it doesn't have the movies catagory. ? :-(

I read somewhere if your device is rooted, no movies :-( I will find out tonight. I have movies on my not rooted Evo with the new market. Will install new market on tablet tonight..

Running 7.1 rc1 with dal's 0618 OC did not see movies but like the new format.

No movies on my gtablet but it did include books and games. Apps are more organized. Guess netflix, huluplys, crackle for movies.
