Here are the full details on that new Samsung-made Google Nexus 10 Tablet that was just announced. We have included Samsung's full press email and you can see the pic below includes full specs on the new device. The pricing for this tablet is outstanding considering the specs and incredible battery life. For the longest time, we have seen other manufacturers smash their heads against a brick wall trying to create a tablet that could compete directly with the iPad. This new pure-Nexus Google device might be the first one to truly have shot at making that dream a reality.

I just realized this thing only has a dual core processor, I guess I just assumed it would have the quad core used in the Note 10.1. It does have powerful graphics but now I am seriously curious to see how this benchmarks.

Don't be fooled into thinking this isn't a capable processor. ARM's 2014 processors will blow today's smartphone chips away, with 3x the performance or 1/4 the battery drain | The Verge

Which is why I am very interested in seeing the benchmarks. As it stands right now the quad core Exynos used in the Note is by far the most powerful chip used in a currently selling tablet. These things change quickly, and I know it won't be long before the Exynos, and the already ageing Tegra 3, will be replaced with even ore powerful, battery friendly chips.

Definitely the good kind of progress power and energy savings :D I'm sure benchmarks will start appearing next week.
