No Flash Support on Haipad M1001

Hi Guys, I'm a android newbie just thought id get a tablet to play about with. So i got my Haipad M1001 and everything's fine except my G Sensor is the Wrong way round and i cant play flash. So clearly i need to fix these. I'm a novice on android although ive jailbreaked iPhones etc and played about so i am gadget literate if you like any advice is necessary on these issues or rooting.

I use z4root to root my m1001, I have clockwork recovery installed, I dont know if a reflash of your firmware would fix your g-sensor but I am running the Nov.24 rar. Firmware. Just google it pretty easy to find and install.
I love my m1001 have messed with it for about a month and about to try installing 2.2 froyo beta next
