Hi,
I am very new to Android tablets , so apologies in advance for any obvious lack of knowledge I display!
I have been given a tablet that has no paperwork etc with it, it keeps asking for the licence number (which I don't have) and because of this I am unable to update, download apps etc. I am told it is an Epad (?) but I cant even find any make or model no. on it
I tried contacting a company for a new licence number but they never reply.
Here is the info from the About device section:
Model no. - Deb
Firmware: 2.1-update1
Kernel version 2.6.32.9
Build no. deb-r2.1.1170
I have read that some newer firmware no longer requires a licence key but am unsure how to go about updating this (if I cant get a new licence no.)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Stuart
