I purchased a superpad from Amazon. I have a couple of questions.
1. Can I back up my tablet?
2. Can upgrade my version of Android from 2.1 to 3.0 without too many difficulties.
I have many years of computer repair and IT experience but I a nub when it comes to tablets.
