orientation on my acer

I reset back to factory settings and now it won't switch orientation...... it is only up and down......any thoughts?

The first thing that comes to my mind is another reset in case the first one did something nasty, by accident of course. Also there should be a rotation lock in settings or possibly an app, as there are a few that control orientation.

Other than that, ya got me!

It's worse than you thought, apparently the orientation problem has spread to your avatar as well.
