Paired but not connected to Nokia Smart Phone

My clients Tablet has paired with his brand new NOKIA Smart Phone but not conected. Phone and Tablet Bluetooth setting are set to automatic,everything is in normal setting,Tablet gives PAIRING CoDe.:1234..... when he enter the number in to phone tablet gives "PAIRED BUT NOT CONNECTED,

any ideas?
