Can't use it in the android market? or am I missing something?

buy something from the market.
The Android Market doesn't let you use PayPal (I dont know why exactly, but I have found many apps with the developers mentioning how they had to do 'this' and 'that' because Google wont let them accept PayPal payments anymore). You have to link your credit card to your gmail account and pay that way.
To do this, you need to go to https://checkout.google.com/ (you need a gmail account first, but if you created one already for the Market, then use that one). Log in, find "Edit Payment Options" and enter the appropriate info.
Then, in the Market app, go to "My Accounts" (drop down box to the right of "My Apps") and add your gmail account info.
