photos wont delete

I recently took some photos with my tablet. When I went back to look at them in my gallary they had a symbol on the album and it was called instant upload. I cant delete any of them and its really annoying. Can anybody help. Thanks

Sounds like they uploaded to Google + as well. Open Google + account and see if you can delete from there.
