ok this is the second time i've had a frozen screen last time reset button fixed everything..now my screen is frozen at the startup screen where it says CRUZ..it blinks and wont go past there..I've tried draining the battery, reset button, and even power with volume up button..still wont go past the CRUZ screen..any suggestions???
