Problem install download apk

I have use a file call "Auto-Nooter 3.0.0 " to root my nook.

And i check in the nook color tool, i have enable that check box for "allow for bib market apps"

But when i want to install some dl apk file. It have a warning box, said security block, not allow install dowanload apk.

Anyone know how to solve this issue?

Yes you need to uncheck and recheck "allow non market apps" a couple times and then reboot. It should let you install non market apks after that. Use a file explorer app like Astro to navigate to the non market app

I was having the same issue with the Amazon Market, and I switched from Androzip to Astro, and the problem was solved.

@peter - try this :

1. Go to Nook Color Settings
[I believe it is checked under Install apps from Non market etc etc]
2. Uncheck it
3. Check it again
4. Come out and reboot the device

try installing apps and see.
