Problem with rooting chinease tab

Hello i've just bought a new tablet running on gingerbread 2.3.3 (telechip 720MHz)
I want to root it so i've tried Superonelick (every version) but it stops at attempt 6.
Gingerbreak 1.1 and 1.2 after 20 minutes still do nothing.

My device have aprox. 120MB internal memmory and 3,9GB 'external' (tab see it as external but it's inside my device)
Can someone help me?

I suggest you try other rooting tools? like Z4root?
