Question about 'Manage Applications'

So, somethings odd about my Sylvania tablet. I go into settings>applications>manage applications, but nothing happens. The tablet does a quick *blink* like it was going to open the normal manager, but it just brings it back to the page which consists of 'unkown sources, manage applications, and running services'. All in all, it doesn't negatively affect my tablet since I have root explorer, but just odd. Should I even blink at the curiousness?

As long as it doesn't negatively affect your tablet, I wouldn't worry about it.
