What software is used to read Ebooks on the Asus Transformer?

It depends on what kind of ebooks you want to read. There are apps from Kindle, Nook, Aldiko, Google all for reading different types of eBooks. Just look in the market.

I jet use the built in my library it support ePub and PDF,Also use the Zino app there are giving away a few free magazine this month

Thanks for the replies. I have found a piece of software that will change most of the ebook formats to whatever format I need. It is called "Calibre". It is free and after I play with it for a while I will report back here on it.

Aldiko is a great e-reader. The free and pay versions I believe are identical. I would encourage you to get the pay version though to support the developers. They have made a great app and work hard on updating it. Aldiko even has a store built-in now. It's only $1.99 I believe.

I use FBReader from the market, it's free. Works great for me, and has animated pages and, night and day mode.
