how can i move menu icon between 3d menu board?

I am guessing you are asking how to remove the Voice Search shortcut within your Launcher tray. Voice Search is typically installed as a system application that cannot be removed unless you have root rights to your device. It does not impact the performance of your device. My advice to you is to leave it as it is.

I am not familiar with the Flytouch II enough to know what you are referring to with the second question.
