Retrieve the "Register Code" ?

I've made something wrong with my new FlyTouch 2 : to save the sticker with the Register code, I've intended to remove it, and... big problem... the code writen in this sticker is wipe off ! I've lost some of the digits of this licence.

Is it posible to retrieve this code in my tablet, in some file ?
