Has as of yet to be shipped until August. But whats the deal here, I cannot find any information about the company making it or its actual retail value as opposed to the sale value.

No, haven't heard of them, I wouldn't bother with the tablet though.
The specs if they are to be believed are great, yet to powerful for such a device.
I would guess the tablet would overheat and die in less than two months.
