Hi I am new to this forum and I need some help. My 10.2 android tablet has frozen. When I turn it on it just stays at the startup screen and does not move. I have tried to reset the unit but it does nothing. My son and I both got the tablets for Christmas and up until now have worked great. My son's unit is working great. Also where is a good place to get a case with keyboard for the tablets. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Uplander

That's the same problem I'm having as well. Is there an expiration on the OS that expires today?
