Screen stuck in landscape mode

New A100. Screen seems to be stuck in landscape mode(I don't think it even initially powered up in portrait)Is there something I need to change to get it to switch. I know you are supposed to just flip it-it doesn't work. I can't find anything about it in the user manual.

I figured it out. Lock was stuck in middle. I was able to unlock it.

I checked the rotate screen lock and it is off. Screen will still not rotate. Please help.
