sd card not showing correctly

I inserted a 32GB sd card after removing an 8GB one
Should the device a 10" go-tab see the new sd card or is there a process that you have to go through in order for the new 32GB sd card?
I was also wondering if the 32GB is just idented incorrectly and is only an 8GB
Any suggestions welcome

If you go to settings - storage, do you see any indication at all that the card is there? If not try to see it using card reader on a PC.
