will a sdk version of 3.0 operate the same as a user version of the operating system if the sdk version is used for an upgrade in the operating system.

The sdk was not built to upgrade your device, it was built for development of firmware, apps, apis, and testing pruposes.

but the sdk version is what one would find on their tablet/netbook once it had the option to upgrade.

If thats what your looking for?

if i flash my tablet with a sdk version, will that version work with all my hardware and the software designed for it?

Absoluetly not, dont even try it. That is not what the sdk was designed for.
