Selling Kyros -- how to unroot?

I have finally decided to sell my 7015 and upgrade to a 8125. Now I want to know how to unroot the tablet and take off the Android market?

I want the tablet to be the way it was when new and I don't want to leave the market on it with my info and stuff.

Table is rooted and I have clockwork mod.

Simply restore a backup with the stock firmware. Of course you do have one, right?
