Simple Clock Question

I'm sure someone has the answer I'm after.

I have an ePad and am trying to simply get the clock and date on the screen as I work, like the photo I've attached.

Can't figure it out, any ideas?

thats a widget gave you tried long pressing the screen and picking the widget?

Thats just dancing wallpapers. I will see if I can find another. Thanks

ok then you need to download the widget which i think is retro clock widget and you might need a new home like adw or tag home

Yep, Retro worked fine. Thanks a mill. Don't suppose you know anything about Epad wallpaper or how to change it or even get the original back?
