slower browsing with latest android v5.0.2

Since android v5.0.2 was installed browsing speed is at least 50% lower.
How do I rectify this?

Welcome to the forum
There may be several options, clear the browser cache, restart the tablet again, reset the browser or try another browser or as a last resort factory reset. Unpredictable stuff happens after updates.
