Obviously I'm not going to wait " weeks " after paying for EMS etc, so I'm requesting a refund to look at other options at this point, unless of course there becomes an issue with the vendor and a refund then in that case we will just have to see....

I have seen that a lot from pandawill, their forum is full of complaints about them being out of stock, yet they don't say they are out of stock during the ordering process.
