Switching Tablets - how do I transfer apps to new tablet?

I jumped the gun when I bought the Acer A500. It is a great tablet, but I should have waited for the Toshiba Thrive, which has the full size SD card that I need for my photography on the go. So....now that I have all these new apps I bought for the Acer, how do I get them to the Thrive when I make the switch??? Most are from the Android market, a few from Amazon. Will I be able to download them again?

Install mybackup pro

Backup Apps and data to sdcard or server.
Restore stuff to new tablet
