SYTAB10ST - Pics or specs on internals and RAM make/model

Does anyone have pics of the SYTAB10ST internals? Specifically, the RAM?

I'm after the RAM chips make and model number.

I have a SYTAB10MT that I want to bump to 512MB RAM and need to know what chips I need to go after.

For comparative purposes, the SYTAB10MT uses two RAM chips with the following markings:

K4T1G164QE-HCE6
GWE086GNN
