Tab Locks up / crashes

Hi All!

My new Tab 10.1 keeps locking up after going to sleep. I have to do the Power+Vol Down which resets it and then it's fine again for a random period of time. Yesterday it worked fine for 3 hours, then crashed 3-4 times in about 20 minutes. Very frustrating. Any ideas or suggestions?

Just to add something after a bit of experimentation, it appears it is only when I have it docked on my Samsung Keyboard and it has the USB cable connected to the power.
