Tablet Locked Up

Hello All,
The following message pops up every couple of secs on my A1CS X220 TABLET 10.2" ANDROID 2.2 "The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again" In a box underneath is "Force Close" can anybody tell me how to solve this prob its locking up my tablet.
