Tablet not charging

Hi my son got a joy tab 7" tablet it is not charging!!!
Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum
It may be the charger. Try using the charging cable to plug it into a running PC for 5-6 hours. If you get a charge make certain the charger is the correct one for your tablet. But it could be bad.
