Tablet Question, Please Help!

I have a CNM Touchpad II and when it is in sleep mode with the screen off the screen will keep going on and off then when I want to use it the tablet has turned off completely. The only way to turn it back on is to connect the mains charger.

CNM told me to re flash the firmware but that didn't help. It cant be a hardware fault because I had to return my first one because of a different fault and that one did it too.

I read it might be a task killer causing it so I didn't re install it after flashing it but it still happens.

I feel im banging my head against the wall on this one.
Please help me, i am at a total loss.

You probably have your answer by now but mine does the same and I think it's a way the tablet tells you the battery is low and I found connecting the charger eventually gets it working properly again. Also, mine doesn't remember the sleep mode display settings so each time I turn it on, I remember to reset the sleep settings. Hope this is helpful.
