You're right Leeshor, the sdcards must be formatted fat32 .

i have the same problem with my c91 tablet and i installed the upgrade a many times but no luck ..my tablet is freez say (rebooting) then i have a black screen only ..by the way ..my tablet version (m3c91-8gb-1a-H3-sa083) ..can anyone help me..

See this thread http://www.androidtablets.net/forum...test-firmware-update-path-upgraded-c91-2.html and download the files from the link in comment #12. Add the files to your zt-update folder and install the update again.

Which rom/version are you updating with?
