teather my galaxy tab to my env touch

I am attempting to access the internet with my tablet but I would like to use the data I have on my env touch. I tried blutooth unsuccessful so far. Any help is appreciated.

Well if bt tether doesn't work then you would have to root the env. But I don't see a way to do it on that device.

Im not sure if I completely understand if the teather is set up correctly. I tried to follow the steps provided on another board. And this may not be the place for these questions. If not let me know.......
Do you know if the env touch will allow things to use its internet? (if I need to ask another place please letme know.
