I caught that one too. Electro Convulsive Therapy., but I'm sure there is no connection. But it still told a pretty good story even with a couple bloopers.

I believe that he was referring to Google Chrome,True that spelling it Crome is incorrect but Krome would also be incorrect since the word is based on the spelling of element Chromium and usually refers to a metal plating process!
