Toshiba Thrive won't find Wi-Fi's

I input the wrong info for wi-fi SSID when I initially started up my new Thrive. Now it no longer lists available wi-fi's and I can't find any way to go back to the initial startup page or to change the incorrect info. Under Settings/Wireless & Networks, it shows "error" under wi-fi and it won't allow me to select Add Wi-Fi Network. What do I do now?

First Long-press on the wrong ssid to change the info.

If that does not work, do a factory reset.
