Touch screen partially goes off

Hello,

I have had my Asus Transformer Infinity for a couple of months now and i'm experiencing some random touch screen disabled problem from time to time. Some part of the screen doesn't respond when i touch it anymore. When i reboot the tablet it usually works again. It is not always the same part of the screen that got touch screen disabled. As an example, i have had this problem this morning and i draw anything i could on the screen with HandDraw. Here is the result:




The touch screen works great everywhere but a rectangular area. Another time, i had the same problem with a small rectangle on the top right of the screen. Do you have any idea where the problem come from and how to solve it?

Welcome to the forum

You may want to try using a micro fiber cloth to give the screen a good wipe down but it sounds like it may be an internal cable connection issue.
