Trying to Register Pocket eDGe Dualbook and get error code 80. I need help.

I recently purchased the Pocket eDGe Dualbook. I can go online with it, but I cannot register it because of the error code 80. Without being registered, I cannot access the Android Store. I cannot purchase any apps. I basically can do nothing with the device.

If someone knows how to help me fix it, I will appreciated it.
