Upgrade android MID7020/7120

I have a COBY KYROS behind is with MID7020 , but in google play show me like MID7120, my version android is 2.3, I will like upgrade to Jelly Bean


Is possible to upgrade to Jelly Bean ? If yes, where can I download this version and found a tutorial step by step ?
