The problem is that what you have is NOT a USB keyboard. You have to install a dongle, which has its own drivers, into the USB port and then that communicates with the non-USB keyboard via wireless (not Bluetooth). The issue is the lack of Android drivers for your dongle. You need to either use a Bluetooth keyboard or a true (cable-connect) USB keyboard.

The usb dongle is supposed to be a true usb device, and that's the way it works for most usb wireless keywords.
The computer should not be able to tell the difference between a wireless usb and a wired.

Look this isn't new technology folks. Wireless usb mice and keyboards have been around far longer than Bluetooth.

It should just work. The ones i have do just work. One is a logitech and the other is an ancient dell. Non of the computers I've plugged tmem into is even aware that they're talking to a wireless keyboard. And neither is the Acer. I've used them on linux, android, windows and BSD. Never needed drivers.
