Instrument got locked in emergency dial mode. Reset pin hole does not work. Is there any other way to reset the instrument? I understand that combination of power button and volume button can do it.
Is this battery replaceable?

Everyone on earth may not know the details. That is why user manual is required.

It is not the issue with OS. It is about the features and functions of the buttons in the instrument.
