versus 9.7 dual core touch pad

Hi has anyone here got one, my problem is that on the box it says you can charge via micro usb port but you cant. I recently had a replacement sfter my charging port was pushed into the main body and on that box there was a note saying to ignore what it says about usb charging. Can u not charge through any micro usb port. Any info or links would be appreciated thanks.

Hello Jason. The note was right in suggesting that not all USB ports are equipped to host charging, due to differences in voltage issues.
