versus touchpad 7 screen problems

my girlfriend has just purchased the versus touchpap 7 and she is having problems with the screen its acting as tho it needs calibrating because when you touch in one spot it touches other spots on the screen meaning she can really do much with it there is no option to calibrate it iv searched google and came up with nothing is there any solution to this or is the product faulty maybe thanks

Hi,
I have had one of these for two weeks now and it was working great but now the screen is unresponsive just like yours.

I have contacted versus uk and am awaiting a response from them.
