Looks like Flash is supported on the 7042, here is a thread on it: http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/coby-generation-3/38721-flash-11-still-security-risk.html

There are some links from XDA on where to get it. You may need to root, I am not too familiar with the 7042 myself.

I play Mpeg-2 files (recorded TV). Also have Flash and NetFlix working from Google Play.
