I bought this tablet and was delivered last week. Very nice tablet except that it suffers from poor wifi signal. When I say 'poor' wifi signal I mean that I signal drops away completely when just going in to the next room no further away from the router than 3-5 meters. I've researched the issue on the web and found that it seems to be a common problem with the Yuandao N101/Visture V10 tablets that stems from the metallic back plate that detunes the antenna as it has no ground plate. I've emailed Visture about it but they were not particularly helpful. There is a antenna mod that you can do which I found on this forum [MOD] Wifi signal improvement | VonDroid

Other than that I can hand-on-heart say that this is a very good tablet, awesome battery life, lovely screen, all the apps work and sturdy build quality. I bought the leather case and bluetooth keyboard which are a joy to use.

If you go over to freaktab.com and flash the fineless 1.8 ROM it seems to improve the WiFi performance. It maybe a driver or setting issue vice hardware. http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.php?1689-NEW-N101-1-Finless-ROM-1-8-Jellybean-CWM-Init-d/page6

Thanks for the tip, I noticed that Visture also posted a beta version of Android 4.1 for the V10 on their website so I might give that a try and report back. I'm just slightly worried that it may be a hardware issue instead of a software issue, but it can't hurt giving it a go!

I've tried the beta at Visture which is nice, but thecustom is sweeter. Also they are working on a few issues witho that Rom

Yes, I've been having a blast with this tablet. Super smooth functionality. Also when u get the tab go to freaktab.com and down load the custom ROM. Absolutely great!!!!
