What I should buy with 350 US$?

Hi! thanks for the huge ammount of info. on this website.

I have a top budget of 320-350$ to spend in a chineses android Tablet. I have read a lot of posts, but there is so many info and old info that I dont really get what should I buy?

My conclusion in this moment are buy buy one of this:

FlyTouch 4 16GB Android 2.2 EPad 10.2'' Infotmic X220 3G GPS Tablet

HoneyTab H3: Android 3.0 Honeycomb Tablet, Multi-touch 10.1 Capacitive Screen, 1GHz Dual Core CPU, 1080P HDMI Output, WiFi

¿Any suggestion?
¿Is safe buy it directly from those websites?

If you are in the US, you can get a Samsung Galaxy Tab given your budget.
