Whats a good tablet with these features?

ok so im planing on buying an android tablet. i would like for it to have android 2.1+, a capacitive touch screen (optional), 256 Mb + of ram, and a hdmi port.

I would like for it to be at least 7 inches a 10 inch would be great, but im looking to spend no more than $270
