Search Google appstore for GBA.emu and MD.emu. Robert Broglia has made the best emulators for Android platform. Both support Wiimote and PS3 controllers. Hope to see an SNES.emu from this guy. No searching for any BIOS, these work right out of the box. Never got to play Phantasy Star IV back in the day, nice having it on a tablet.
